1.准备材料:玉米半个,鸡蛋3个,面粉40g,荷兰豆(或毛豆)若干粒。
2.取粒:玉米取粒,荷兰豆(或毛豆)取粒,煮熟,捞起滤干。
3.调面糊:水里加面粉搅拌均匀,再挨个加入鸡蛋拌匀。面糊应较稠,可视情况增加面粉或清水。
tips:要先把水和面粉拌匀再挨个加入鸡蛋,这样更容易拌匀。
4.加玉米:加入玉米粒和豆子,加适量糖或盐拌匀。
5.煎饼:锅里加少许油,倒入面糊,一面凝固后翻面继续煎至凝固。
6.完成:将玉米煎饼卷起或切块食用。
